Purchasing Information

Please email info@karenkarmody.com if you have any queries. Your query will be dealt with promptly and we aim to respond to all queries within a 24 hour period.
Delivery
All Karen Karmody pieces are made in house and especially for you. Once the order is confirmed your limited edition dress is hand-crafted and dispatched within 7 days via recorded delivery unless otherwise stated. In some circumstances there may be a waiting list for a particular dress but this will be clearly stated at point of purchase.
Caring for your Karen Karmody Dress
All Karen Karmody dresses are hand crafted and are to be hand washed only.
Care must be taken with all garments that are embellished with crystal or sequin. These pieces should be handled with special attention and a gentle hand!
Remember to check the washing instructions for your garment carefully to ensure that you get lots of wear from your new Limited Edition Karen Karmody.
Returns Policy
Exchange or credit only on all Karen Karmody dresses within 7 days of delivery. This is because each dress is made in house especially for you when you order. In the unlikely event that you want to return a dress, email info@karenkarmody.com with your order number and a valid reason for return.
You will have to return the goods to us unworn in their original condition and unmarked and with all the original labels and packaging. You have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are returned to us.
We take great care to ensure all garments sent out are in perfect condition and we reserve the right if any returned garments have been marked or badly treated to deduct this value from the credit given.
All garments for return must be sent back via recorded delivery otherwise we cannot be responsible for items that go missing in the post.
